All requests for media credentials for Empire Strykers games – either for a full season or individual games – must be submitted via email at least two days in advance of a given game.
FOR FULL SEASON PASSES
Requests must be made on company letterhead. All requests should include the media outlet, name of the representative(s) requiring a pass, a phone number, email address, and statement of intent to cover more than 50 percent of Ontario Pro Soccer home games. A head shot of the person(s) requesting a credential should be sent via email to: Info@theempirestrykers.com
FOR SINGLE GAME
Please submit the information provided above, as well as the date or dates being requested. All requests will be reviewed on an individual event basis. Send credential request to: Info@theempirestrykers.com
FOR ONLINE-ONLY OUTLETS (INCLUDING BLOGGERS)
Please send requests and include the information provided above, as well as the URL of the website you write for, a brief synopsis of the site’s traffic, its main purpose, and the person’s background in journalism/writing. All requests will be reviewed on an individual basis. Fan sites will be closely monitored, and credentials can be revoked at the discretion of Ontario Pro Soccer.
All still or digital photography/video and audio media are also required to complete the Strykers Publicity Release and submit it along with a media credential request for each event.
All media requests should be emailed as a PDF document to: Info@theempirestrykers.com, no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Upon approval, you will be notified where and when you may pick up your credentials and associated information.
To be accredited, media must work for legitimate, verifiable, newsgathering or producing organizations.
Membership in a writer's or broadcaster's association does not automatically qualify an agency or individual for credentials.
