Professional indoor arena soccer is a fast-paced version of soccer played in smaller, enclosed arenas with teams of 6 players. The field is smaller than outdoor soccer, and walls or barriers allow the ball to be played off, creating dynamic, high-scoring action. Games are shorter, lasting 4 quarters and the style emphasizes quick transitions and tight ball control. The top professional league in North America is the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL).

Where do I park when attending an Empire Strykers home match?
The Toyota Arena has parking availability in their large lot. Parking is $15 unless otherwise deemed waived by certain ticket packages and promotions. The parking lot has 3,500 spaces and closes one hour after the final whistle. Any vehicles that have not exited by that time are subjext to towing at the owner's expense. Tailgating, trailer homes, motor coaches, overnight parking, and related activities are strictly prohibited.
Where do I enter the Toyota Arena?
The Toyota Arena has three entrances. The main entrance is located directly underneath the large Toyota arena sign on the South East Wing where patrons can enter by stairs or ramp. The other two entrances are located on the North East Wing of the building with one being the San Manuel Club entrance. The main entrance is often log-jammed with patrons when it gets close to match time, so be sure to arrive early to avoid any inconveniences.
What are the prohibited items at the Toyota Arena?
The Toyota Arena asks that guests refrain from bringing in outside food and beverage, audio/video/professional photography equipment (unless permitted with a media credential), laser pens, any marketing/promotional handouts, weapons of any kind, illegal drugs/paraphernalia, alcohol, and any other items deemed to be inappropriate by Toyota Arena Management. If you have an item you are unsure of, please call ahead of time.

Doors open one hour before game time. We encourage fans to arrive ahead of time to enjoy concession options, our fan fest, or browse the building before it fills up.

All tickets are available for purchase through Ticketmaster. If available, tickets may be purchased at the box office, located at the North East Entrance near the San Manuel Club.
Where do I pick up my tickets?
Empire Strykers tickets will be available for pickup at will call, located at the North East Entrance near the San Manuel Club. On specified game days, your tickets may be available for pick up at the South East Entrance underneath the Strykers Tent.

The Toyota Arena is a cashless venue, however, our merch stand will accept cash for apparel. We encourage all fans to have major credit cards and debit cards handy to ensure there are no issues with transactions when it comes to food and beverage.
Can I bring in signs and banners to cheer on the Empire Strykers?
The Toyota Arena encourages fans to bring in non-obtrusive signs and banners, however, they may not be mounted on any dangerous equipment, such as poles or sticks.
How do I transfer my tickets if I’m not able to attend a match?
The Empire Strykers tickets are only available for purchase through Ticketmaster. In this case, Ticketmaster has a process for transferring your tickets through their system. Please refer to Ticketmaster Ticket Transfer for any additional questions or concerns you may have.
What do I do if a ball gets kicked into the crowd during a match?
Due to MASL policy, any balls that fly into the crowd during a match must be tossed back onto the field. If you or someone you know are injured by a kicked ball, please notify the nearest usher immediately.
